School of Administration, Business & Management Studies (SABS)<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

The School of Business Studies was recently unbundled and renamed as the School of Administration, Business & Management Studies (SABS). It is one of the oldest schools in Auchi Polytechnic since\u00a0 1974.

School of Agricultural Technology (SATE)<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

The School of Agricultural Technology (SATE) was established with two Departments in HND levels to \u00a0address some of the world\u2019s most critical challenges in order to create and sustain an abundant agricultural produce, a healthy business environment with successful families and agro-allied communities.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

School of Applied Sciences & Technology (SAST)<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

The School is to train students to be able to meet the ever-growing needs of Laboratories in Educational Establishments, Industries and Research Institutes in their areas of specialisations. The school also undertakes consultancy services in the area of Agriculture, Hospitality Management, Food Nutrition, Ceramics, Biological and Physical Laboratory Science Technology. It was founded in 1995.

School of Art & Industrial Design (SAID)<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

The School of Art and Industrial Design started as a Department under School of Business Studies of the Auchi Polytechnic, then in Benin Campus in 1974. In 1976 it was upgraded to a full fledged School and moved to Auchi in 1977 with three major Departments comprising of six units namely; Painting and General Art, Graphics and Textiles, Sculpture and Ceramics Departments.

School of Engineering Technology (SENG)<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

The School of Engineering Technology is also one of the oldest schools in Auchi Polytechnic.

School of Environmental Studies (SENV)<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

The school runs National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes. A Post-HND program is offered in the Department of Urban & Regional Planning leading to the award of a Professional Diploma (PD). In July, 2018 the School of Environmental Studies was relocated from campus I to campus 3 of the institution. This was due to the need for expansion of its facilities to accommodate the increasing number of Staff and Students in recent times.

School of Financial Studies (SFINS)<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

This is a new school from the formally known School of Business Studies. The departments are Accountancy, Banking & Finance, Taxation and more.<\/p>\n

School of Information & Communication Technology (SICT)<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

The School of Information and Communication Technology was established in October 2010. Interestingly, the Department of Mass Communication and Office Technology & Management were carved out from the former School of Business Studies while the Department of Statistics and Computer Science were carved out from the School of Applied Sciences.

School of Evening Studies (SES)<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

The School runs some National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes that is done in the regular programmes. It was formally known as the School of Part-Time Studies (SPATS).<\/p>\n

Open Distance Flexible e-Learning (ODFeL)<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

This is an online programme recently granted approval by NBTE. It was created to eliminates the traditional barriers and increases access to acquisition of knowledge with flexibility in the choice of time, pace and place of learning.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
