REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR LEASE OF THE FOLLOWING FACILITIES:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Auchi Polytechnic Guesthouses;<\/li>\n
  2. Auchi Polytechnic Bakery<\/li>\n
  3. Auchi Polytechnic Water Production Factory<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    A]\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi owns:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. A Guesthouse complex located within the Polytechnic Staff Quarters;<\/li>\n
    2. A Bakery situate within the Food Technology Department.<\/li>\n
    3. A Table Water Production Factory.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      B]\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Expression of interest [EOI] in sealed envelopes is requested from:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Individuals and reputable Hotel Management companies having requisite competences in Hotel management for the lease of the Auchi Polytechnic Guesthouses.<\/li>\n
      2. Companies and individuals in the Bakery and confectionery business who are keen to partner the Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi and operate the Polytechnic Bakery.<\/li>\n
      3. Individual and companies in the business of bottled and sachet water production and marketing, and are interested in the lease management of Auchi Polytechnic Water Production Facility currently undergoing enhancement works, including relocation to a new factory site.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        C]\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The lease contract shall be as per the TERMS<\/strong> and CONDITIONS<\/strong> stated for the facilities along with this notice.<\/p>\n

        D]\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Interested individuals and companies shall pay a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT<\/strong> of Ten Thousand Naira only (N10,000:00) as a demonstration of commitment to the scheme.<\/p>\n

        E]\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 For information\/technical details\/clarifications required by individuals and companies expressing interest, a meeting shall be held to apprise them about the facilities, expectations of the Polytechnic, and to familiarize them on Thursday February 24, 2022<\/u><\/strong> at 10am at the Polytechnic Boardroom, Main Administrative Building, campus 1.<\/p>\n

        F]\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 All completed and signed EOI proposals should be submitted on or before February 28, 2022<\/u><\/strong> to:<\/p>\n
