Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi, hereby notifies all candidates who took the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME) and chose Auchi Polytechnic as their<\/span><\/span> First Choice<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/span> that they can apply for the post UTME Screening Exercise using the following guidelines.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Application Condition<\/b><\/span><\/span>s<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

– All candidates must have taken the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), with a minimum score of 100;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

– Must have obtained at least Five (5) credit passes at GCE O\/L, SSCE\/NECO\/NABTEB. The subjects must include English Language for non-science courses, and Mathematics for courses for which a credit in mathematics is required, and three other relevant courses, at not more than two sittings.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

– <\/span><\/span>All candidates are requested to upload their WASC\/NECO Scratch Card Pin Number, Examination Number and\/or Reference Number to Auchi Polytechnic Portal for verification of their O\u2019level result(s).<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

– All candidates Awaiting Results (AR) can also apply, however they will be required to upload their results once it is released. They are also to upload their WAEC and\/or NECO scratch card Pin.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

– All candidates are required to pay the sum of Three Thousand Naira (<\/span><\/span>N<\/span><\/span><\/span>3,000.00) only as Post-UTME CBT Screening fees.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

– All candidates are required to apply online for morning programme by visiting the Polytechnics Website at <\/span><\/span>https:\/\/auchipoly.edu.ng\/ap\/admissions\/apply-now\/<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span> to complete the online application form after making the payment with the generated Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Note<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Any candidate(s) that uploads a FAKE Scratch card number\/PIN will NOT be admitted and will be PENALISED.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Method of Payment<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

– Visit the Polytechnic\u2019s Website at <\/span><\/span>https:\/\/auchipoly.edu.ng\/ap\/admissions\/apply-now\/<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong> and click on Admissions 2026\/2027 to initiate the application process.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

– Fill in the required details. Use your UTME registration number as your username and your phone number as password preferably.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

NOTE: DO NOT USE CYBERCAFE PHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL FOR YOUR APPLICATION. THIS WILL MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR THE SCHOOL TO CONTACT YOU WHEN THE NEED ARISES. THE POLYTECHNIC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CANDIDATE\u2019S INABILITY TO RECEIVE RELEVANT INFORMATION.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

– Generate the Remita Payment invoice (RRR) from the Polytechnic website and proceed to any bank to make payment, or pay online.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

– Return to the Polytechnic\u2019s websites to complete the online application process. Ensure that you upload all your relevant credentials as required and complete the online application form if requested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Please note that candidates who chose Auchi Polytechnic as Second and Third choice will be required to change to Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi, as their First choice Institution in JAMB website, to be considered for Admission.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
