Auchipoly Holds TETFund LMS Workshop
The Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund) has organized a Training workshop designed to equip Auchi Polytechnic’s ICT Directorate (MIS) and a selected number of Academic staff with the requisite skills and knowledge needed to effectively use and manage a Learning Management System (LMS) platform.
In line with the Flexible and Blended approach of Teaching and Learning, the LMS platform is to enable Staff and Students access online course delivery. Learning materials like course outline, presentations, audiovisual contents, assignments, grades with attendance reports and other reference materials are part of the LMS ecosystem.
The Rector, Dr. S. S. Umar who was represented by the Deputy Rector (Administration), Engr. (Dr.) Edith Oyati declared the workshop open. She added that the TETFund Intervention for ICT will further aid physical and online modes of teaching and learning as the training will bridge digital skill gaps.
